These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which Clay Kobo Limited (the “Company”), trading as Clay Cobo Studio (the “Studio”), provides services, memberships, courses and classes. These Terms and Conditions apply to all Members and all users of the Studio.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By applying for or accepting Membership, booking a course or class, or using the Studio, you confirm that you have understood and agreed to them.

    3. Memberships, once commenced, are non-transferable and may not be shared.

    4. The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend a Membership at any time where it reasonably believes that the Member has failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions or the Studio rules, or where the Member’s conduct is detrimental to the Studio, its staff, or other Members. In such circumstances, the Company will act reasonably and may, where appropriate, provide notice or an opportunity to remedy the breach. Any remaining Membership fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis unless the termination results from serious misconduct or damage to the Studio, in which case the Company reserves the right to withhold such fees to cover resulting losses or costs.
